2K epoxy bonding primer NiN for epoxy mortar wet-on-wet application | DIPOXY

Solvent-free two-component epoxy bonding primer for wet-on-wet application with epoxy mortars.

Reliable bond between substrate and epoxy mortar

The primer wets the prepared substrate, binds remaining fine dust and creates a reactive bonding bridge. Epoxy mortar is applied directly to the still-fresh primer without prior drying or curing.

Wet on wetApply epoxy mortar directly to the still-fresh bonding primer.

Substrate bindingHelps bind remaining fine dust on a previously cleaned, sound substrate.

VersatileFor concrete, cement and other sound substrates; test adhesion on non-mineral surfaces first.

Pack size and mixing ratio

Total quantity	Various sizes available
Mixing ratio	2:1 (Component A : Component B) by weight

Application

Prepare a sound, dry substrate free from oil, grease, loose material and coarse dirt.
Combine components A and B completely at a 2:1 ratio by weight.
Mix homogeneously for about 2–3 minutes at 250–500 rpm, scraping the sides and bottom of the container.
Apply the primer evenly and bind remaining fine dust.
Immediately apply the epoxy mortar wet on wet to the still-fresh primer.

Times are indicative and depend on batch size, substrate and ambient conditions. The reaction generates heat; do not leave mixed material unnecessarily in a tall, narrow container.

Indicative times
