DIPOXY-2K-4000 GeodeART is a crystal clear, medium-viscosity epoxy resin and is available exclusively from us in
"Premium Quality" for creating geodes, images and jewelry made and sold!
In general, DIPOXY epoxy resins are ideal for almost any application! e.g. in jewelry,
the table production, so-called "River Table", for floors, pond, aquarium and terrarium construction, as well
for boat, ship and aircraft construction. Molded parts can also be poured into silicone molds, for example
or carbon, aramid and glass fiber connections are also possible. Also ideal for model making suitable!
The best results are achieved with our effect paints and pigments developed for epoxy resins!
The solvent-free DIPOXY-2K-4000 Geode Art is used in a mixing ratio of 2: 1 (e.g. 100g A and 50g B)
Mass units (by weight) mixed and is therefore easy to process. Ideally, the
Components A and B mixed at a temperature of 10 ° C-25 ° C. DIPOXY-2K-4000 GeodeART is indeed
basically self-bleeding, for best results, care should still be taken, with a maximum
205-350 rpm. for about. Stir for 4-5 minutes until both components are well mixed!
Simply select the desired amount of epoxy resin and add it to the shopping cart. Then select the color pigments and also place them in the shopping cart.

! Danger !
As soon as both components are mixed, a chemical reaction occurs, at which heat
is released. Depending on how high the vessel is, the heat may not be rapid
enough to escape through the surface. The following rule applies:
"Better wide and flat than tall and narrow!" For this reason we recommend a MAXIMUM casting height of 10mm at once!
If you want to pour higher than 10mm, you should work in several shifts, or use the Dipoxy-2K-700PRO or the 700Expert!

1kg = 1mm height per 1m² (1m x 1m)
Consumption quantities DIPOXY-2K-4000 GeodeART for floor coating (private and commercial):
Primer (mostly black, white or transparent)
0.4 - 0.6 kg per m² (0.4 - 0.6 mm per m²)
Color effect layer (middle layer)
1 - 3 kg per m² (1 - 3 mm per m²)
Sealing (final layer is not absolutely necessary)
1 - 2 kg per m² (1 - 2 mm per m²)

Depending on how thin you want to apply, you need between 5g and 25g of the epoxy mass (by weight) of pigments per kg.
